How will your items be delivered?
Smaller items such as soft furnishings and accessories are delivered either by our special courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. We’ll get on and dispatch it just as soon as possible, using standard delivery, and ordinarily, you will have your goods within 5 days.
Larger items will be delivered by our in-house delivery team and depending on size it will be two or four-person team. We will work with you on the best time for delivery and will be in contact with you as needed to ensure delivery is as smooth and painless as possible. We will aim to dispatch items in stock within 5-10 working days of your order being placed. Deliveries will take place Mon-Fri only however if a weekend delivery is needed we can work with you, however, there will be some additional charge.
Will I need to sign and so be in on delivery?
Deliveries normally happen Monday To Friday, during working hours. Small items can be left in a safe place if you are not in. Larger items will require a signature and someone to be in because we will unwrap, assemble and place in the room you desire. However for small items if you know you won’t be in, just give us a different delivery address – perhaps a neighbour who wouldn’t mind taking delivery and signing for you. This might be possible even after the order has left us however re-routing to a different address might not be possible but we will work with you and try our best. We may have to charge you extra.
Small Items and Accessories
Smaller items we will try to dispatch items in stock, using standard delivery, within 3-6 working days of your order being placed. We will engage an external courier company using standard delivery service. A signature will be required upon successful delivery, or a calling card left with re-delivery instructions. Deliveries will take place Mon-Fri only.
Items within this category will be charged free of charge. UK mainland only.

Large Furniture Items Delivery
We will aim to dispatch items in stock within 7-10 working days of your order being placed. Deliveries will take place Mon-Fri only.Items are delivered via our in-house delivery team. Our team will unwrap and assemble your items free of charge. Once you have placed your order we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date for you.
Please keep in mind that this is a dedicated delivery service which will have been pre-arranged and so someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery. If that is not possible once delivery is underway then the full delivery cost being charged for re-delivery. By signing the delivery note, you confirm that the item has been received in good condition and in no way faulty or damaged.
In summary our service will:
- Deliver on a pre-booked Date & time window, usually within 10 days.
- Be carried out by our in-house service and they will carry each item into the room & position of your choice.
- Ensure everything is unpacked and all packaging materials taken away for recycling.
- Carry out simple assembly of dining tables for you.
- Be just one charge regardless of the number of items within your order.
Please note that we have to leave it with you to make sure your furniture will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors. We do have to charge for orders that can’t be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully and if you’re not sure, call us. Also, unless you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you not be able to take delivery on the agreed date and time, we charge £60 minimum towards the cost of either the second delivery attempt or return delivery to our warehouse.
